     the college always sticks to the principal of“people foremost” and regards the education quality as the lifeline of the college’s development, also takes “loose enrollment condition, strengthening bases and capabilities” as the quality cultivation objective, the college spent huge amount of money on hardware improvement of education, renews their concept of education, deepens education reform, improve teaching method, intensifies administrative management, and improves education and teaching quality. all the teachers work hard and teach students by precept and example; all the students study diligently with great concentration. after long time of deposit, an excellent school spirit of “ being united and diligent, being rigorous and realistic”.
